Who these terms are between

These terms apply to services bought from NXTLVL Car Wash at 2510 W Pioneer Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX 75051, and to offers made on this website. By buying a wash, joining a membership or claiming an offer, you agree to them.

Single washes and full service

Prices are as posted on site and on this website at the time of purchase. A wash is for the vehicle presented at the time of purchase. We may decline to wash a vehicle that is oversized, carries loose parts or accessories that could be damaged, or is unsafe for the tunnel; if we do, you are not charged.

Unlimited membership

What it covers. Unlimited express washes at the plan level you chose (Basic, Premium or NXTLVL), for one registered vehicle, plus that plan's discount on full service. Full service itself is not unlimited.
Billing. Your card is charged the monthly price when you join and on the same day each month until you cancel. Prices may change with 30 days' notice, given by text or email to the contact details on your account.
Vehicle. The membership is tied to one vehicle, identified by its license plate or windshield tag. To switch vehicles, ask an attendant. Using a membership on a vehicle it isn't registered to may end the membership.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, with no fee. Ask an attendant on site, call 214-235-0136, or use Manage My Plan. Cancellation stops the next charge; washes remain available until the end of the period already paid for. Payments already made are not refunded.
Failed payments. If a monthly charge fails, we will text you to update your card. The membership pauses until the card is updated and resumes when it is.

Free wash offer

The free wash offered on this website is one wash per person and per vehicle, for new customers, redeemed by showing the barcode we text you at the pay station. It has no cash value and cannot be combined with another offer. Claiming it does not sign you up for marketing texts; that is a separate, optional choice on the form.

Text messages

If you opt in to marketing texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Members may also receive texts about their account, such as a failed payment; these are not marketing and continue while you are a member.

Your vehicle

We take care with every car. Please remove loose items, fold in mirrors when asked, and tell an attendant about existing damage, aftermarket parts or a non-standard antenna before entering. We are not responsible for damage to pre-existing conditions, aftermarket accessories, or items left in the vehicle. Report any concern to an attendant before leaving the property.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above says when. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept it. Questions: contact us or call 214-235-0136.
